Analyst – Corporate Finance / Business Valuation Requirements
- University
graduate from finance, financial engineering and accounting
-CFA, ASA, CPA, FRM or MBA
will be advantageous
-Min 2 years financial
analysis or corporate finance experience
-Excellent research, cash
flow analysis, financial modeling and financial analytical skills
-Experience in option,
convertible bond and brand name/ trademark valuation will be a plus
-Excellent interpersonal
and communication skills
-Term players, who work
effectively under pressure and
-Fluency in English,
Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written are essential
